How do I connect?
Press F1 in Rust and type connect stancerust.com, or search for “Stance” in the server browser.
How do I get my kits?
Type /kit in game. You get a starter kit once per wipe and a weekly kit every 7 days. Purchased kits show up in the same menu.
I bought something but did not get it
Make sure you entered the correct Steam ID at checkout and joined the server at least once. Items are delivered when you are online. Still missing? Open a ticket in our Discord and include your order ID.
Do ranks and unlocks reset on wipe?
Playtime and rank never reset. Kills and deaths reset on wipe.
What are the team limits?
Solo / Duo / Trio. Teaming above the limit is a ban.
How do I report a cheater?
Open a ticket in the support channel on Discord with the player name and a clip if you have one.
